The Islip Arts Council is a 42-year-old 501c3 that is dedicated to presenting and promoting programs that achieve excellence in all of the arts. IAC is the managing agency of the Islip Art Museum which is owned by the Town of Islip. 

IAC/IAM are located in historic Brookwood Hall on the South Shore of Suffolk County in a Georgian Revival mansion build in 1903 for the Knapp family.  

The Islip Arts Council office is located in the Islip Art Museum in Brookwood Hall .
