Funding from the Robert David Lion Gardiner Foundation enabled the East Hampton Historical Society to purchase compact mobile and static collections storage equipment for its new 5,760 sq. ft. Collections Center, which is the final component of a $1.5 million project to advance collections stewardship and access. After the construction of the new building was completed in early April, technicians from Delta Design began assembling and installing the storage equipment. The attached photos show the installation in process. The project should be completed by May 15.
